'Pokémon Masters' Rock-Type Training Event: Start Time and Everything You Need to Know

The next event for Pokémon Masters has been announced and will focus on Rock-type Pokémon and feature the trainer, Olivia and her Midnight Form Lycanroc.

Similar to the Blue and Pidgeot event that is currently in Pokémon Masters, this Rock-Type Training Event will allow for players to fight and level-up their rocky Pokémon as fast as possible while also receiving an increased chance at pulling one of the most powerful Sync Pairs in the game.

If you're looking for all the information regarding the Rock-type Training Event in Pokémon Masters, here's everything you need to know including when it begins and ends.

POKEMON MASTERS ROCK-TYPE TRAINING EVENT START TIME

The Rock-type Training Event in Pokémon Masters will begin Tuesday, September 10 at 2 a.m. EDT and end Tuesday, September 24 at 1:59 a.m. EDT.

IN-GAME PERKS

The official Pokémon Masters social media account announced that this event will help level up your Rock-type Pokémon while posting an image of Blaine and his Rapidash. The Fire-type Pokémon is weak to Rock-type attacks in Pokémon Masters so players can expect more opponents like Blaine who can be taken down by Rock-type attacks.

To help you in this event, players will likely be teamed with Olivia and her Lycanroc similar to how Blue and his Pidgeot were a part of your team. This is the perfect chance to battle and see how Olivia fares in Pokémon Masters if you haven't scouted her already.

Check out Olivia and Lycanroc's Sync Move below.

Players will need to have completed Chapter 5 of the main story to participate in this event.

Also, players will have an increased chance to appear through scouting during the event. Be sure to use your gems on the scouting with Olivia's banner above it.

WHICH POKEMON TO USE DURING THE EVENT

There are currently only a handful of Rock-type Pokémon in Pokémon Masters. Both of Brock's Sync Pairs are obtained through the main story while the others are randomly dropped in Scouts. However, if you're looking to level up some of these Pokémon this is the perfect time to do so.

Here is a list of Rock-type Pokémon found in Pokémon Masters:

5-Star Scout

  • Olivia and Lycanroc (Midnight)
  • 4-Star Scout

    3-Star Scout

  • Roark and Cranidos
  • Roxanne and Nosepass
